The Guide to Weekly LGBT Events

Want a night (or day) out on the town? Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood is the place to get your drink and groove on. With many LGBT bars and clubs with drink specials, live DJs, themed dance nights and dancers, there’s something fun to do every single day of the week! So try a new hotspot this weekend – or let loose on a weekday night after work. We won’t tell!

Monday

Revolver – Tranny-Oke: Karaoke with Balls! Every Monday starting at 9 p.m. “Gender Bending Diva” Courtney Act hosts a fun karaoke session.

Fubar – Every Monday night, relive your fraternity days (or create new ones) at Sigma Alpha Spank! It’s Happy Hour from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., you’ll get beer and shot specials, beer bong, beer pong, darts and live music.

Gym Sports Bar – You’re the star on Monday nights at Gym Sports Bar. Mario Pescatore hosts the show, with $7 Cuervo margaritas and $4 Corona. Even better, $4 parking will make your Monday night visit stress-free!

Micky’s – Got what it takes to be a queen? The first Mondays of every month are Amateur Showgirl night at Micky’s West Hollywood. The other Mondays, watch RuPaul’s Drag Race with a great fun crowd at 9 p.m., then watch real showgirls at 10:30 p.m.!

Rage – Mondays mean Super BASS at Rage. DJ Ernie Pearl rocks out, and guests get $5 drinks all night!

Trunks – Mondays don’t have to be blah – get $4 well drinks all night long at Trunks!

Eleven – It’s Musical Mondays at Eleven Nightclub. Every Monday night, in tribute to Brian Putnam, VJ Keith Jacobsen shows clips from your favorite Broadway shows and musicals. At 10 p.m., live Broadway performers put on a show. Videos show on the screens and guests can win tickets and other surprises. The drink specials start at 6 p.m.!

Tuesday

Revolver – It’s Revolver VideoBar! Hit the After Work Power Hour from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and stay for the special guest VJs that spin until 2 a.m. VIP bottle service is also available.

Fiesta Cantina – What’s better than Taco Tuesday? All You Can Eat Tacos on Taco Tuesday! Get them for only $5 every Tuesday at Fiesta Cantina.

Fubar – Rock that inner diva at Fubar’s Karaoke Night. With no cover charge, lower drink prices and a valet, you’ll be so happy you could sing!

Gym Sports Bar – Get “fit” with Dodgeball Tuesday. From 9 p.m. to close, enjoy $3 pints, $11 pitchers of MGD 64 (got to keep that figure), $5 well drinks and $4 parking.

Micky’s – Tuesdays are Billy Francesca’s Lip Tickler at Micky’s. Five dollar cocktails and a $1 vodka bar will make for a wonderful workweek break!

Rage – Catch The Dreamgirls Revue, starting at 10:00 p.m. every Tuesday. Only $5 cover.

Trunks – Enjoy $5 well drinks all night long as well as Spin the Wheel and hourly For Hot Shot Specials.

Wednesday

Revolver – It’s Cocked and Loaded at Revolver on Wednesday nights, where you’ll find $3 Coors Light drafts and $5 well drinks.

Fiesta Cantina – Every Wednesday is Karaoke night at Fiesta Cantina West Hollywood. Get 2-for-1 drinks while enjoying a fun musical atmosphere! The event starts at 9:30 p.m., and lines fill up fast, so show up early!

Gym Sports Bar – Wednesday’s theme of “Get on the Floor” sounds pretty likely to us – with $3 Bud and Bud Light bottles you can afford to party all night long. (As always, $4 parking).

Micky’s – Find dirty boys, hairy chests, fetish shows and real men at Hot Rod Wednesday nights!

Rage – Want to dance all night without paying a fortune? Rage’s Video Dance Club on Wednesday nights is the place for you! With no cover charge and top shelf drinks setting you back only $5 until midnight, you’ll be in the mood to party!

Trunks – Well drinks are just $5 all night, and live DJ Jimmy P. will be setting the mood and playing the hottest music. Hourly For Hot Shot specials and Spin the Wheel.

Thursday

Revolver – On Thursday nights, DJ Drew G and DJ Casey Alva present Secret Service: Sex, Intrigue, Thursdays, Revolver.

Fubar – Frontiers Magazine’s “Best Raunch Fest 2012″ is “Big Fat D**k” at Fubar. Free every Thursday night, it’s the Los Angeles area’s longest running “boy party.” It’s “a party for drunk homos and those who love them.”

Gym Sports Bar – Where to go on Thursday nights? Gym Sports Bar is always a “Slam Dunk.” Drink specials include $4 Rolling Rock bottles and $7 shots of whiskey + cans of PBR.

Rage – It can be frustrating to want to go out when you’re under 21. Luckily for you, Thursday nights are college nights at Rage. College Video Dance Club is 18+, with music from DJ Salvador and music videos playing in the background.

Mother Lode – It’s Karaoke night from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m.!

Trunks – “WeHo’s Hot Brothers” Waldo and Omar bartend tonight, and offer $5 well drinks. DJ Draven is on the turntable. Hourly For Hot Shot specials.

Friday

Revolver – Join Revolver for Big Gun Fridays, featuring the “hottest bartenders with the biggest guns in WeHo.” You’ll also enjoy Bulleit Bourbon specials, Go Go boys and VJ Keith Jacobson.

Fubar – Wondering where to unwind after the work week? Don’t spend your entire paycheck – you’ll get     two for one drinks until 11 p.m. every Friday night at Fubar, with all-night shot pours, Go Go dancers and live music.

Gym Sports Bar – Fridays means “It’s Game Time!” at Gym. You’ll get delicious Smirnoff cocktails all night for only $6 a pop. The party runs from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Here Lounge – Every Friday night, join the Truck Stop Girlz, hosts Linda Fusco, Courtney Caron, April Grepo, Leela navarro and Michelle Agnew for a night of dancing, drinking and debauchery.  Show up early for amazing drink specials like $2 well drinks, $3 domestic beers and $5 margaritas.

Micky’s – Want to rage all night long? While most bars close at 2 a.m., Dirty Pop at Micky’s runs until 4 a.m. every Friday night. You’ll even get free cover until midnight with drink specials running all night!

Rage- Friday nights are home to Rage’s hit GAMeBoi – a Gay Asian themed Video Dance Club with half-price drinks until 10:30 p.m. Even better, admission is 18+!

Trunks – DJ Bobby puts on a show tonight to start off your weekend right!

Eleven – Every Friday night, Eleven brings you Fresh – “The Hottest Boys in West Hollywood.” With no cover charge and valet parking available, you’re sure to start your weekend off right.

Saturday

Revolver – Want to relive your childhood, or celebrate a decade you weren’t yet alive to see? It’s Flashback Saturdays at Revolver, where the club plays the best 80s and 90s dance music, punk shot boys and free shots for guests at midnight.

Fubar – Johnny McGovern and Greg McKeon present Saturday Night Slut at Fubar. With no cover charge, $1 well specials and domestic beers, beer funnels, free shots, Go Go dancers, a dark room, DJ GAYPIMP and a midnight towel dance, you’ll have a super “slutty” night.

Gym Sports Bar – Love beer? Then Beer Blast Saturdays are for you. Three dollar pints, $11 pitchers and    $15 buckets of Coors Light will help you get your casual day drinking on. At 9 p.m., you’ll get $3  PBR and $5 well drinks.

Here Lounge – London’s hottest party invades West Hollywood! Every Saturday night Hooker Casino at Here Lounge means lap dances, strippers, AC Boys, two-for-one drinks and DJ Morningstar spinning tunes.

Rage – What better reason to be happy other than that it’s Saturday? Half priced drinks, of course! Enjoy these cheap drink specials until 10:30 p.m., along with just a $5 cover before 10 p.m. DJ Salvador spins tunes and Go Go dancers entertain. (18+).

Trunks – Enjoy drink specials every hour starting at 8 p.m., and live DJ Carlos to help you rock out.

Eleven – “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” may have been repealed in the U.S. military, but it hasn’t been canceled at Eleven. Every Saturday night, Private Society/Don’t Ask Don’t Tell has fun DJs, sexy Go Gos, high- quality lights and sound, no cover charge and 2-for-1 Happy Hour from 10 to 11 p.m.

Sunday

Revolver – For Sunday Funday, enjoy Corona buckets, Miller Lite pitchers, $5 margaritas, a BBQ on the patio and go-go boys. Come back at night for Sophomore Sundays with no cover charge and dirty dancers.

Gym Sports Bar – It’s Beer Blast again at Gym! From 12 p.m. until 9 p.m., get $3 pints, $11 pitchers and $15 Coors Light buckets. At 9 p.m., $3 PBR and $5 well drinks are the perks of the day.

Here Lounge – It’s Size 9 at Here Lounge and everyone likes a good 9…dollar frozen drink! Play new drinking games, including beer pong, Wii sports and more, with shot boys passing out drinks.

Micky’s – If you thought the music of the 70s, 80s, or 90s was best, then Disco at Decade is right for you!   DJ Rob G. will be spinning retro tunes all night, while you enjoy special $5 Cubra Libres.

Rage – Sunday Funday is decidedly Latin at Rage. From 4 p.m. to close, there is no cover, $3 Coronas, $5   margaritas, drag shows, Go Go boys and host Efren Chacon.

Mother Lode – Like day drinking? Head to Mother Lode for Beer Bust Sundays, from 3 to 10 p.m. As always, pool tables and DJs!

Trunks – DJ Carolos spins again to get you in the mood to begin another week. Drink specials every hour starting at 10 p.m. and “Spin the Wheel.”

Daily

Fiesta Cantina – Every night from 4 to 8 p.m. it’s Happy Hour! Get two drinks for the price of one 7 days a week.

Rage – Get half price drinks every day starting at 4:00 p.m. at Rage!

Trunks – Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. get $3 beers and $3.50 well drinks!
