Swandive is a post-punk and experimental rock group formed in Los Angeles by Riley Schmedeman, Sebastian Block, and Max Rubin. The group has become known for their loud and abrasive rock songs that also contrast with their danceable grooves and introspective songwriting, and they have gained a cult following amongst the underground rock scene in Los Angeles. Their debut album, Standoff at a Yellow Light was released in 2022, and with their follow up to be released in 2023 paired with its lead single, “Opposite Day”.
