Led by chef Danielle Sobel, Pacifique is an exploration of flavors and dishes from Japan and the Pacific Rim, executed with bold creativity 
and prepared with local ingredients. Feisser Stone and Zachariah Parks from Barlingual oversee the beverage program offering inspired twists on classic cocktails, as well as wine and beer from domestic and international producers.
