Poet Laureate Reading
Celebrate the 90th anniversary of The Sunset Strip
Save the date for the reading of “I Sing The Body West Hollywood,” a collaborative poem by Kim Dower, WeHo’s current poet laureaute, to celebrate the 90th anniversary of The Sunset Strip. As the official ambassador of WeHo’s vibrant literary culture, the poet laureaute is responsible for stimulating the transformative power of poetry in the local community. Kim is soliciting lines from people in West Hollywood to contribute to the poem. Get pumped about the literary word with an ode to WeHo.
