Touted as a “game changer” by Jennifer Aniston (who joined the company as a partner in 2023), Pvolve was created by and for women as a more sustainable, but no less effective, alternative to traditional strength and weight training. Their method combines low-impact movement with resistance equipment for a workout that sculpts, tones and strengthens your body. The result? CrossFit can be intimidating. But the team at Reebok LAB understands we aren’t all aspiring to be the next Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr (the six-time CrossFit Games champion, for those who aren’t familiar with the sport). Training Mate

Training Mate is a circuit-based HIIT class founded by a former Australian pro rugby player. They offer individual exercises rooted in cardio and resistance that incorporate all manner of equipment, including bikes, bands and kettlebells. The key is that each exercise only lasts 45 seconds, during which you’re encouraged to push yourself as hard as you can. This means you can get in a great workout while still working at the pace that’s right for you. BoxUnion offers heart-pumping, 45-minute boxing classes that are all about punching and moving to the beat. Participants gather in a dimly lit studio to mix up rhythmic bag work with body-weight strength training and yoga.
