The Abbey

Some people arrive at The Abbey for a happy hour cocktail and end up closing the bar down at 2 am. That’s the beauty of The Abbey, considered the best gay bar/lounge in the world by several top critics. It’s constantly busy, and weekends make it a joyful madhouse thanks to several bars (both indoor and outdoor), lounge beds, live DJs, sassy drag queens, stiff drinks, endless dancing and overall good times, man. It’s so iconic that even heteros make a wild night out of it.

Bikes and Hikes LA

If you want to experience Los Angeles without spending most of your time in the car, a guided tour from Bikes and Hikes is the perfect solution. Their tours range from biking through Old Hollywood, movie star homes and filming locations to hiking the Hollywood Hills and even a 32 mile tour called “L.A. in a Day” where you can experience West Hollywood and the surrounding areas and lower your carbon footprint at the same time.

The Comedy Store

For almost half a century, the legendary Comedy Store has been banging out famous comics like Johnny Carson, Joy Behar and Jim Carrey, with improv and stand-up so hilarious it side-split hurts. The family-run comedy club has three main rooms with stages frequented by some of today’s best comics, and you’ll never know who you’ll be sitting next to in the audience (many comics drop in as guests). There’s even a late-night open mic if you want to take a shot at your Robert DeNiro impression, and tons of booze if it doesn’t go as well as planned.

Connie and Ted’s

Ever since Michael Cimarusti opened Connie and Ted’s on Santa Monica Boulevard, it’s been the go-to for excellent seafood outside the coastal towns of Santa Monica and Venice. One of few Michelin chefs in LA, Cimarusti’s hot spot is bustling, with an open kitchen to flaunt his young kitchen crew crack crustaceans right before your eyes. But now that the joint serves brunch, his cult diners can indulge in amazing, one-of-a-kind dishes.

E.P. & L.P. Eating House and Rooftop

This multi-level modern dining house has won over foodies for its contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine, but it’s the restaurant’s rooftop that gets the most love, unabashedly clogging your Instagram feed. E.P. & L.P. is the first to sport 360-degree views of the cityscape and Hollywood Hills, thoughtful and creative cocktails and a handful of day beds and fire pits to keep the night cozy and chill have made this spot a WeHo stomping ground.

Honorable Society Tattoo Parlour & Lounge

There’s no other time of year like Spring Break when tons of attention is on getting tattooed–and we’re not talking henna. From inking arm sleeves to tramp stamps, The Honorable Society is West Hollywood’s most famous tattoo parlor where almost half a dozen skilled artists have extensive experience that has lured fans, from low-key locals to celebrities. There’s also shirts and hats for souvenirs.

The Pleasure Chest

We know the birds and the bees come out at spring, and Spring Break isn’t a true Spring Break without proper McLovin. Pleasure Chest is the perfect shop to get all your safe-sex accessories, and it’s also a kingdom for NSFW toys and ornaments. Everything you ever wanted to recreate from Fifty Shades of Grey can become a reality at Pleasure Chest.

Voda Spa

The best thing for a hangover isn’t fried eggs; it’s detox. The Russian-themed spa concept is rooted in the tradition of dry sauna therapy, though there’s a Jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, Korean scrub area and four different saunas to round out a full, therapeutic experience. Voda Spa, unlike many contemporary, stand-alone spas, there’s an outdoor patio area for Vitamin D love.
