The Pacific Design Center

Step inside the Pacific Design Center’s “Blue Whale” building, which is open to the public, and check out the site-specific art installations in the lobby. The Pacific Design Center is home to nearly 100 showrooms, representing thousands of product lines. Admission policies vary depending on the showroom. Some are open only to design professionals, while others require an appointment. If you’re interested in visiting a particular showroom, reach out in advance.

Take your design imaginings a step further and book an appointment to work with an interior designer. The Pacific Design Center offers a complimentary Design Referral Service to hook you up with the perfect pro for any project. RH West Hollywood: The Gallery on Melrose

Find luxe home furnishings, lighting, textiles, bath ware, décor, outdoor and garden, as well as products for babies and children—from Restoration Hardware, the curator of fine historical design.  This 40,000 square-foot retail space displays home furnishings in a gallery setting. Be sure to visit the rooftop garden, which occupies a full block, and is open to the public during store hours. (Monday – Saturday, 10am to 7pm; Sunday, 11am to 6pm)

A sign outside this massive showroom invites visitors to “Come in. Get lost.” The store is teeming with custom and imported furniture from around the world.
